Simple Modern 20 oz Classic Tumbler with Straw & Flip Lid - 18/8 Stainless Steel Water Bottle Ombre: Sweet Taffy

I only owned this tumbler for about two weeks before the double wall started leaking. Now there is liquid trapped inside the cup where I can't clean it. I'm really grossed out by it. I followed the care instructions exactly. I expected so much more from Simple Modern. I'm so disappointed with this tumbler.

I love love love this bottle. The fact that you can use it as a hot cup or cold cup to save you money is a miracle! What's more, I've bought so many cups that claim to keep drinks hot/cold and this is the only cup that made true on their promise. I made coffee at 8am and when I got home at 9pm my coffee was still hot! The next day I tested it on keeping my drink cold and when I brought my cup with my drink still in it home and I opened it up my drink was still cold AND still had ice in it!! Money well spent and I will be buying a water bottle and a cup for my mom.

Keeps coffee hot/warm ALL day. Never leaks with the strawless lid. I've turned it upside down and shaken it many times, and it NEVER leaks. It's pretty. I give Simple Modern travel mugs as gifts now because I want my friends to have one, too.

Absolutely love this cup - it has become my favorite go to water cup - ice doesn't melt fast like other brands. Excellent customer service and they donate to charities as well! It's a win win all around

It's a great cup until you realize it does in fact leak when you flip it upside down, no matter how much liquid is in it. AND the lid is impossible to get off the cup. I have to try for 5-10 minutes to get it off every single time I want to clean it out to use again. I had to use a rubber jar opener this morning (that mind you, usually gets lids off pickles or jelly super easily) and that even took a minute to pop the lid off the tumbler. And I certainly don't overturn it. Just a poorly designed lid/cup. I love it otherwise but it's kinda hard to argue it's worth more than 2 stars cuz of the lid
