Curbside delivery: a signature is required. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. (Please see Address Book under Your Account to ensure your phone number is current.) Someone must be present at the time of delivery. Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway. Drivers do not bring freight into house, garage, etc., nor do drivers assist with un-packaging or set-up. Before signing for delivery Before signing for delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred. It is normal for packaging to show some wear.
