Purchased this bike 3 months ago for my husband; the bike was noisy from the beginning, but not enough to return it until the wheel started to wobble, the noise level rose way past volume 32 on the TV and the chain popped off, so this morning we took it back; The best thing about the whole experience was Wal-Mart was awesome and they gave a full refund.

Just bought Stamina bike. Meter not working out of the box. Contacted Stamina, they acknowledged it is known problem. Stamina suggested to replace the cable and sensor. They will send out parts, buyer has to do the labor. Returned product instead fixing it. NO WORTHY to spend 3-4 hours for repair. It should be QA and Customer services to remedy the problem, not customers. Do not buy.

I have owned this product for about a year using it on a regular basis (4 or 5 times a week for about 1/2 hour each session). And until recently it was working well. However, the pedal mechanism wore out about a week ago and the bike is basically unusable now. I was not able to access the housing for the mechanism to see what exactly the problem is. The pin that holds it together was impossible to remove, at least with the tools that I have.

Very easy to put together and fast assembly. Very sturdy bike. I was thrilled that I could put it together by myself and start riding when I finished. Thought for the price that it might be flimsy but it wasn't very sturdy and good quality. Very please with my purchase. The monitor is great it gives time, speed, distance, and calories burned.

I am an avid exerciser and personal trainer. I bought this bike so my wife and I had an option for low impact cardio, however within the first two weeks of use the resistance strap on the front burnt and tore. No response from manufacturer. Do not buy this if you intend to use it heavily.
