Don't have much room for eye shadows or make up in my bag so the size for this is just perfect for me, colors are very wearable and it last as expected
This is so true to color! I use the essential smudge brush- I find the sponge applicator a bit too messy- but the colors are pigmented, smooth and easy to apply. I got this in Luxe. A tip- if you want a holiday look, take the cream-white and use it as a base, swipe the medium brown on the lid and add the holly-red color to your crease and 'v' of your lid. If you want a more dramatic look than that, use the dark brown and add that to your crease and blend well.
*Day 2 Night color* I've tried this product several times with and without eyelid primer and trying different brushes to apply. It looks very chalky/powdery on the skin. Also the darker colors look like one should be a dark grey and the other a deep brown but they both go on looking pale grey. The highlighting color is quite nice though.
I bought this a few days ago and I am happy with the quality for the cost, but without applying a good primer first, the eye shadow does appear chalky and un-pigmented, as the previous reviews say. I recommend Australis eye primer if you can get your hands on it! Don't bother with the applicator, I'd suggest getting a cheap eyeshadow brush. Hope this helps!
I own this in punk funk. For starters the mirror on it is too tiny to do anything, there is almost no pigmentation yes I use a good base but you def have to build it up a lot to get anything close to color it is in the pan and it is extremely chalky, all a big no-no for me
