Elf Beauty Elf Studio Concealer

I, however, was not. I’m fair with yellow undertones and serious under eye darkness and kinda thought maybe the color would correct - ah NO. I tossed it mid application. That being said I’m a longtime customer and this is the only elf product I’ve ever truly disliked.

I've bought this 3 times in the last 9 months or so...and I love it. I had a little problem with it at first, but that could be just because I'm still learning makeup and didn't know it works better if you do foundation then concealer. Oops lol Seriously though...this hides my under eye bags and any acne and such that pops up. It is amazing.

I bought this concealer stick in the Ivory shade to use to conceal blemishes and under eye circles. I would describe my skin tone as medium with yellow and olive undertones. I could tell by the packaging this was not the typical Ivory shade and was much darker. It did not conceal and blemishes, red spots, nor dark circles. This was the first E.L.F. product I've purchased that I was not impressed with. I'll continue to purchase other E.L.F. products.

Although the shade matched my skin perfectly, I found that this was too thick and not blendable at all. I used it for about two weeks until I just got so fed up with it. I would put some on my face and would not be able to blend it out at all so I would literally have a bunch of thick lines on my face that were virtually impossible to spread out. It did, however; have very good coverage.

I am pretty Fair skin toned. Beige actually works perfect for me considering i use it for under my eyes. Now, i don't use it directly on my under eye circles because this product has a tendency to settle into lines and wrinkles. Leaving a smeary kind of look under the eye. Not creamy enough. But what i use this for is to make a line from my mid-nose to the outer end of my eyelashes, under my eye circles. It really gives a good coverage for that spot were nobody really puts their concealer. This also isnt bad coverage for blemishes. I use it everyday.
