e.l.f. Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil, Iconic Ivory

I was looking to get this product to enhance my waterline and the corners of my eyes to make them appear bigger. This product didn't quite 'wow' me, and I prefer to just use an eyeshadow for this purpose. I don't think the product is particularly bad, it just didn't meet the standard and needs I was going for. I probably won't but it again, but I do recommend it because it is quite pretty depending on how you use it, or you want something subtle and shimmery. It's nice that is has the sharpener on there. The only problem with that is if the pencil slips or twists the right way by accident, it starts shaving up the pencil. So it's kind of counter-productive to have a sharpener also be a lid.

Was introduced to e.l.f. by a former friend who gifted products to me. Found the Bronze coloured shimmer pencil and immediately fell in love with this product. Have since discovered that as one ages, black may be too harsh and sometimes bronze just is not dark enough, but charcoal is the way! It beats brown as well! So discovering the Gunmetal charcoal shimmer e.l.f. pencil was my dream come true. It is my staple in my everyday wear. It's not too much either! If I need drama then adding eyeshadow with it makes it pop! Try it...You'll see that you too will LOVE IT!

I accidentally stumbled upon this when I was out and about. I pay way more for my usual eyeliner. I saw ELF's "Boldly Bronzed" and "Black Bandit" and it looked JUST LIKE what I usually get. It's just as good as my usual brand, so I've made the swap. Tip: For those of you having problems with this staying, just pop a matching eyeshadow on top and it'll stay, even on the waterline. Trust me, I've been doing this for years and it works even on the worst eyeliners! I will never go back to my other brand!

I got this in Gunmetal, and expected it to be a rich dark grey to accent my lashlines. However, I put it on and it turned out to be a sparkly pale grey, much lighter than it shows up on the screen. The pencil itself is medium grey-colored. I would've gotten black but I was afraid it'd be too dark... seems not! But, it's ok for the price and I now use it as a brightener, not a definer. I plan to get another one in a different color, perhaps purple or teal. Maybe the colored ones will be more vibrant!

I have these in every color but the white one. These are great eyeliners and have beautiful colors. The only downside to these is that they fade if you do not prime your eyelids first. Other than that I would recommend these to a friend or family member!
