I substituted it for ground pork and chicken and I'm never going back. My wife can't eat those and switching to Jennie-O's was the best thing. We can still eat our favorite dishes using Jennie-O and never miss out on the flavor and benefits that turkey brings to the table. Secretly served this to potluck parties and my dishes are always the first to run out. They can't get enough and asked me for the recipe, I just told them I switched to Jennie-O.

I have used these 2 ways. Once I was in a desperate hurry, microwaved them, dumped them in sauce and dumped on quick cook rice. They were tasty and still moist. The other time I browned them in a pan and then finished them in the sauce and served them over pasta. They carmelized well, again stayed moist, and still took on some flavor from my sauce. Great stuff.

I really love meatballs and a close friend of mine referred me to this brand. I have tried other products from this brand and I had to try to it because I heard a lot of good things about it.I usually don't eat beef meatballs so this was a good alternative for me to enjoy my favorite food. I would definitely recommend those to buy meatballs from this brand.
