The product is great. I ordered the same shoe, same size as I always wear, but for some reason the shoes were too big. So I sent them back and NEVER got a refund!! I had to reorder the next half size down. So I was charged twice and only have one pair of shoes and customer service will not answer at all during the corona shut down.

I keep buying the exact same shoe over and over. I like how they look. I wear them with jeans for everyday, with scrubs for work, or with workout clothes to go to the gym. They always start to wear out on the sides but maybe it's because I just wear them so much. The memory foam is super comfortable and my feet never bother me in Skechers, not even after a 12-hr shift. I have flatter feet and their lack of high arches, unlike some brands, fits me well.

They fit as expected and are breathable. While they have good cushioning overall and good traction provided by the sole design, they don't have the arch support I need for long periods of walking. Love the style for casual wear. I haven't had them long enough to comment on durability.

The narrowing of the toe box is often a problem with Skechers. If your big toe happens to be a little bigger than the rest of your toes, the cut of the toe box, cuts too soon across the big toe area, so your big toe will hit and be uncomfortable at the curve of the toe box. I don't usually have this problem with other brands, just skechers. Getting a half size bigger never works, shoe too big, and yet the curve of the toe box still is a problem cutting too soon across the big toes.

First thing it is very uncomfortable. I tried it on in the store and it felt fine. Wore them for a day out and at end of day my feet were killing me. I wore them a couple more times thinking maybe I need to break them in a little bit. Still felt painful and I just gave up
