First of all, 5 stars on ease of putting together. Aside from that- Great idea, even an excellent design... for the top part anyway. I thought it would be the final solution to storing all my scarves and being able to see them one by one instead of being bunched up on hangers behind clothes. Even though the base is super-heavy like a lead weight (which is part of what gave me the impression that it was adequate for heavier loads), the only thing that is really holding it all upright is one long screw which is easily bent if you put too much weight on it. It looks and feels really sturdy, but if you want to store heavier items on it- don't. It is probably meant only for the amount of scarves in the picture. I think if they beefed up the part in the lower pole that receives the screw it could be a lot stronger. Top part design- five stars. Bottom part design- one star. I never realized my scarves were so heavy! My own fault for thinking it is something it isn't. They should put a stated weight limit on the specifications.
