I have only been on these one week so I will update after a month or two with any progress. I have always been caffeine sensitive so I do decaf everything. When I saw these and saw the reviews I wanted to try them. So far, so good. I started out taking just two with breakfast for the first three days because I wanted to make sure I would sleep at night. I'm now up to two twice a day and have had no nausea, no headache, no heart palpitations and no trouble sleeping as I have with other coffee bean-based products in the past. Since I started out with just a half dose each day I have not encountered any change in the numbers on the scale obviously, but at least I know they won't keep me awake at night and they don't cause any negative side effects. I have not changed my eating habits because I already eat healthy, making my own meals from scratch with lots of veggies and no processed foods, and only eat around 1000-1200 calories a day. I started these because I'm hypothyroid and in my early 50s. Even with thyroid supplementation I have continued to gain weight, so I wanted to see if there is something out there to help at least stop that and, if possible, lose some weight. I have a lot of food allergies and intolerances so finding a pill that has nothing in it that would bother me AND is caffeine-free is fantastic.

Since most weight loss formulas have caffeine I was a little sceptical to try this. I have tried other weight lose pills before but couldn't handle the jitters. After using this for almost a month now I have to say I am very happy with the results. I don't have any jitters and I'm down about 8 pounds. I'm glad I tried it!

I started taking this two days ago (only twice a day though, because I'm a afraid it might keep me up at night - but will experiment with it on the weekend)....And I am pleased to say that I have no side effects. Most diet pills rip my stomach apart and make me jittery. I haven't noticed ANY side effects at all. I have noticed that I have less of an appetite, and it does give me a little boost of energy. Hoping it will help with my weight loss journey. I have been on a strict diet and exercising (T25 videso 5X per week) for about a month- and have only lost 3 measly pounds - so frustrating.
