Johnson & Johnson Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Cleanser, 5 oz

Horrible face wash!! BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!! does not clean your skin at all and causes breakouts. People have been posting for awhile now over the past couple years how bad this wash is. Causes rashes and everything bad the skin. Listen to your loyal customers and change the formula back. It was great and you'll ruined it.

I've used this product for the past two years, and have loved it up until now. The new formula leaves a heavy residue on my skin after rinsing, and I've had more breakouts over the past month than I've had over the past two years combined. Very disappointed and will not continue to purchase this product as is. Please change back to the previous formula.

I had bought this product a couple of months ago and I loved it but I just bought a new tube and its so thick and makes my face burn. The first listed active ingredient is glycerin. They formula I had in previous months that I loved had water as the first listed ingredient. I didn't know they made two different kinds. Now I need to go find an new tube and wasted my money on what I thought was the same product I had been using. READ the fine print!!! So confusing and frustrating.

I have used this product since it hit the market. As an adult that always had sensitive skin and adult acne, this product beat out Proactive in price and effectiveness. I started using my new container just to discover it has changed after all these years. I hate it! 1. since it is sold by volume, not weight, the new formula is whipped with air so there is actually less in the container. 2. As mentioned in another review, the ingredient list has changed. The new formula makes my face feel heavy and gross, like I can't wash it off. 3. I admit, I tried the generic last year that came out, I didn't like it. I threw it away and returned to Clean and Clear. Guess what, this new formula is just like the that generic - what will justify the price if I can get the same thing generic. 4. your comment form to send on this websites doesn't have the USA as a state - so they prevent their largest market from sending forms directly.

This product was my absolute holy grail of face washes. I ran out and bought a new one and realized that Clean and Clear decided to change the formula without notice. If you read closely the new packaging says "10% benzoyl peroxide acne treatment" now instead of "10% benzoyl peroxide acne medication" like it does in this now outdated picture. I am so upset about this. The new formula burns my skin terribly. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!!!!!!!
