Small wheels are the only thing that may be a choking hazard. But helps overall with fine motor skills and hand eye coordination add well. Cars can sometimes get sideways and get stuck as they are just a tad smaller than the track itself other than that I would recommend.

The set comes with 4 banana cars and several levels to roll them down. It is fully put together when you receive it, so there is no fight to get it built. It's a great toy. My only slight complaint is that the cars get stuck sometimes if the get turned in the ramp.
