I tried this product out twice. Once for taking out box braids, another for uninstalling a wig. I neither hate nor love this product however I find that there is too much buildup in my hair after using it. I dont particularly care for the smell but thats not a deal breaker for me. I have very thick, coarse hair. And it was especially dry and brittle this time around. This detangling cream was great, and really softened my hair. I appreciate it even more since Im tender headed. Im so happy this exists! My hair is SO matted when I take out my weave or braids so I try to detangle before the shower but never had anything to use so I would use pure olive oil which worked but I found impossible to get out of my hair. After taking down my protective style I notice how much easier it was to manage before the wash. The smell is nice and not too strong. I have 4c hair and hair color is 1b. Im extremely satisfied!!!
