The process was relatively easy, but the rubber seems like it may not last very long. Its been up for about a month, so we'll see in the long run. Sand storms are many here and there is always a ton of sand that gets under the garage door. After installing Duck metal garage door bottom, I have almost zero sand in my garage. Great product.
