John Frieda Frizz Ease Silk Protein Hair Serum Original Formula, 1.69 fl oz

Have always used Frizz-ease serum. Does wonders for your hair. This one makes your hair extremely soft.

The original formula was my holy grail hair product! I've been using it for over half my life and nothing else works to defrizz my dry, coarse hair like it and now I'm panicked that they've changed the formula. I've tried the ginseng one and bamboo extract one and neither do the trick. Please bring back the old formula!!!

Why did your company change your Frizz Ease Serum by adding a plant extract to the ingredients? I can't use any products with plant extracts or oils in them due to allergies. So this was a wonderful product for my curly thick hair. Fortunately I caught it before i bought a new tube!! Please give us back the original product. I'm so tired of companies changing a great product by changing the ingredients!!

Your original Serum formula is the only one that works for me. I've tried your other products after you discontinued your "Original" and the effects were DREADFUL, with stiff caked-on hair that I had to wash every day. Also, just a month ago, I was able to buy this direct from your web-site but now you've discontinued that. Since I live in a remote area of Alaska, stores are not nearby and often do not have enough shelf space to stock your full range of products so it's almost impossible for me to locate this product. I need to stock up with at least 12 bottles, for starters, before you find another reason to cut this terrific product.

I used the 100% shine for years and when this product was discontinued I tried to find something similar. However, nothing works as beautifully as the 100% shine. These new serum products are to heavy for smooth or thin hair. The mist was able to tame wild fly a ways that came from the top of the head to the bottom. Serums are best used for ends otherwise you will end up with a greasy look or have to wash your hair every day to look fresh. Trust me, I have tried it all and consulted with other hairstylist. Please bring back the 100% shine.
