Remington MSC140 - Shaver

Many people may think at first look that because this Remington titanium battery operated razor is smaller and more compact than others that it may not be as good. They are so wrong. I received my first one as a gift and have been on the watch for another one since. It's the best power razor ever. The only problem I have encountered is finding a new replacement grill/blades that is the top. Otherwise it is the best razor I have ever owned. Thank you Remington.

I've used this razor for several years, mainly for the price. the screens are at times poorly made causing rapid breakdown and burn through. To throw away the razor because of a failed screen seems wasteful. I would recommend that replacement screens be made available for purchase.

Great as an occasional use/travel shaver, but would be much more useful if you could get replacement blades/screens for it. I realize it is a relatively inexpensive item, but I hate throwing away a perfectly good shaver just because I cannot get replacement heads!!

This is the third Remington travel razor I have purchased in five years and it really does the job effectively. I use it almost daily. It provides a smooth, close shave without any irritation to the skin. I like it because it uses batteries instead of a plug-in recharger. I almost purchased a back up because of the price!

Small to fit in my carry on, no chargers or cords to have to remember to bring. A set of battaries lasts me a full week on the road, and I can easily touch up in the head when I am on a red-eye. Cheap enough that it is not a tragedy if I leave one in a hotel room. Only complaint is that the plastic screen guard fall off too easily, but this is solved with a rubber band.
