Garmin n��vi 350 - GPS navigator - automotive 3.5"

I did a lot of research before purchasing and the nuvi 350 was one of the highest rated portable GPS (only a couple of $600 models were more highly rated). I was please to find it at such a good price and it has functioned exactly as I expected. I would highly recommend this one to anyone looking to purchase a portatable GPS.

Leave it to Wal-Mart to offer a GREAT deal on something that other "big box retailers" are still selling for $100 more!!! Dollar for dollar, you will be hard pressed to find a better buy for the features the Garmin Nuvi 350 offers. We like the size of the unit, the ease of mounting and the ability to carry it with you if needed. If you are looking for a great GPS for under $200, this is a great choice.

I found this item on sale on line for almost 50% off the original price. I jumped at the sale for several reasons. The first is DUH! it was so cheap! The second is the most important and that is that I had been looking for a Garmin already. A friend had one and showed me the simplisity of using the item and all of the features that are included. My husband took it on a trip and said he had NO problems. Didn't get lost.

This product is a tremendous help - - especially when driving to new areas. The voice prompts are great; you don't have to be looking at maps or written instructions. The voice prompts are given in ample time to make necessary preparations for turns and exits. We will definitely be taking this product with us when we fly to the east coast next month and rent a car to drive for eight days!

Our family trip was so much more enjoyable when not having to worry about directions. Running out of gas, no prob. you can find the closest ones using the GPS. It's very helpful with voice prompts telling you the actual name of the street to turn on. Slim design that can fit in a purse or pocket. I only wish it had an dial for volume control. You have to go through a couple of screens to adjust or mute the volume which is difficult if you don't have a passenger to help with this task. Otherwise great value! It proved to be an essential part of our road trip.
