I started off with a bundle pack and tried each for 10 days. Without a doubt you could very easily tell that the milkapalooza GREATLY Increased the fat content in my milk. I didn't experience a higher milk supply with any of the supplements, but with this one my fat content has gone through the roof. My daughters doctor said that I don't necessarily need to increase my milk supply to provide for her but if the fat content increases that would help satisfy her even more!
