Pros: Could be a good supplement to support lactation/milk production. Because of the cost, I probably wouldn't purchase/take these unless I had notable difficulty with milk supply. Cons: A little fragrant. Dosage ambiguous: on the bottle is says to take 2 capsules, up to 3 times a day. If you take 2 capsules a day, the bottle will last 1 month; if you take 6 capsules a day, the bottle will only last for 10 days.

In the past sunflower lecithin has really helped me to stop getting clogs. These capsules did not have an aftertaste and were easy to swallow. I also did not have any unpleasant side effects - like an upset stomach - when taking these. They seemed to help maintain my milk supply and I did not get any clogged ducts when taking these capsules so they did their job. I collect excess milk with the Haaka when I breastfeed and when I took these supplements, I had a greater output, which I was really happy about.

Before people would suggest the typical alternative products but they would either taste terrible, I would have terrible stomach side effects, or they wouldn’t increase my milk flow. Imagine my surprise when this stuff was the exact opposite of everything else I have tried. My milk flow has increased and I don’t have to supplement with formula as often anymore. This makes me very happy as a momma!

The addition of sunflower lethicin is helpful for preventing and/or improving clogged milk ducts. I recently returned to work and am pumping more often as a result. I haven't noticed a drop in my supply and haven't had any clogged ducts. The pill didn't have a strange after taste & was easy to take.
