This conditioner/shampoo met and surpassed all my expectations. It made my hair voluminous, shiny, bouncy, and the verbena fragrance was completely intoxicating! It seems to be a good all-around 2-in-1 hair product and would work well with all types of hair from damaged to normal. The versatility as well as high performance on all levels makes me want to keep using this product again...and again...and again! I recommend this product to a friend. I like that the shampoo & conditioner is mixed in one bottle because it makes cleaning your hair more simple. My daughter tends to be lazy and not use shampoo or not use conditioner so with this I can get her to use both. My hair felt really soft while using this and smelled pretty good. It was better than I expected for an inexpensive brand. Only issue is it left my hair feeling not as clean as it could be. That also may be because I typically wash my hair twice and with this I only washed once. I have really long thick hair so I tend to have to wash it twice for most shampoos as well. The bottle was really big so it doesn't run out as fast. All and all it was pretty good. * Received a free sample to test and review but all opinions are my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive never been a user of the 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioners but the Suave Essentials Almond Verbena has me sold. First off, the smell is absolutely heavenly. Scent is a huge deciding factor for me when it comes to hair care products and the sweet almond smell is very nice. This shampoo lathers great and you really don't have to use alot for desired coverage. A little does go a long way. Being a shampoo and conditioner combined, it cleans the hair very nicely and conditions well leaving your hair smooth and manageable. Infused with almond oil and vitamin E, the softness of my hair was wonderful. I really liked this product and its very cost efficient.
