Great tooth brush but poor design. I love the toothbrush concept but the battery life is something that needs improvement and so does the replacement head design. I bought mine three weeks ago and the battery is already dead. Also there is one other issue that is something I can't deal with, which is the replacement heads have two slots on it that the left over used toothpaste gets stuck in. It's very hard to clean it out do too it being so narrow. I find myself stressing over this a lot and digging at it with a safety pin a lot just to keep it clean. Pleasechange this.
This toothbrush is not bad. Push button is nicer than slider switch with wet fingers. Colgate needs to invest in some medium bristles. My teeth just don't feel as clean, gums not as good. Also replacement heads are not available, how about getting them to stores?
I have used this toothbrush for several months and the batteries died. I expected that, of course, but when I replaced them with brand new batteries, the toothbrush doesn't work. This is certainly disappointing, especially since I just bought two new heads!
Hello, I bought this electric toothbrush 1 month ago and I am really satisfied with it. However, I am now having problem locating replacement heads (both on and offline). Are they discontinued? And if yes, why on earth do you keep selling the toothbrushes? thank you
I travel a lot and don't need to cart round hundreds of chargers so these battery brushes have been great for years, and I mean years. They break but at a price I can afford to replace every couple of years. I haven't been able to get replacement heads for at least six months and even with the offer you have on to get more people to buy one at the moment still nothing. I don't want to change brands but I don't think it's very environmentally friendly to buy the whole thing and throw it away after three months, let alone cost effective. Come on Colgate supply the replacement heads or we'll ask Watchdog to investigate!
