Sex and the City: The Complete Series (Repackage-2012/DVD) (New Packaging) [DVD]

So good. Lots of entertainment for very little cost.

Based on the title of the product, you'd think this box set would be new not only because of the price but Walmart and this company who sells this box set should be required to put “used” as part of the product description if it's not brand new. I guess that's not the case though. I'm very disappointed, as this was a Mother's Day gift and it was embarrassing when she opened up the box set to instantly see a rip in season 1's dvd case. Upon further inspection, the season one case isn't even part of the box set and just a random black dvd case that they slit the plastic on and shoved in the season 1 cover just on the outside of the case. As you can see in the pictures, the case is black for season 1 when all of the other cases are clear and include a insert of each episode inside of the case itself which isn't there for season 1. I'm a collector myself and for me just having one dvd case messed up out of the six is a reason to return it which I'll be trying to do. Not only is that one case messed up, but the actual outer sleeve for the box set is bent on all 4 corners which also indicates a used set. It should be illegal to charge full price for a product as if it's new but not advertise that it's used. Usually Walmart has pretty reliable products they sell and I figured that I'd be better off ordering from them versus eBay or Amazon but I guess I was wrong on this one.

Wish I could give this a 0. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Bought this has a Christmas gift. The box had black marks and finger prints all over. Disgusting.Chipped disks. Edges of box peeling off. Plastic over 3 of the 6 cases for the disk had been removed!! DO NOT ORDER THIS!! IT IS TRASH. I BETTER GET A FULL REFUND. WHAT A WASTE!!

I ordered this box set to replace my fiancee's old Sex and the City collection. I did the ship to store pickup and presented it to her and she was excited. Unfortunately, there was a smear on the writing on the box and a few dents. We opened the box and found that all of the brackets that hold the DVDs in place were broken and the discs were sliding around in the case. There were scratches on the discs as a result of the movement. She waa very upset as you would imagine. I called customer service to exchange and they unable to process the return/exchange because i used paypal. I was told to return it to the store for a refund and reorder. We are very disappointed to say the least
