if you get banned for the sl8ghtest misused word they lock your out of your account and keep all your purchased games and will not give them back! if you ask for a transcript of what they based their decision off of they say they dont have to hive you one. so the constitution has no play against billion dollar companies? wow! wish i knew begore spending over 1k on this now piece of dust collecting furniture. what a waste!

Just got my PS5 in the mail a couple days ago and lemme me tell ya this is the greatest gaming console of our time. I love it and everything came as ordered. Brand new, so far works amazing. However it did come a couple days late but still overall pretty satisfied with my purchase!

The product was missing the screw that holds the base to the console.
