I really like the onscreen keyboard, it's faster using the stylus on this keyboard than typing into a physical keyboard with my thumbs. Nice big screen, easy to see.

I thought this product is great but I had a hard time or difficulty connecting it with my router, so I returned this PDA.

I use my palm everyday for many uses and find it very useful. I have use PDA for the last 5 years and how I see T/X has 2 problems: the screen is not too sensitive and/or accurate (that's the main reason for changing my old Pda) and, the price is still too high: is like half a laptop price and it is not even a quarter of it. My T/X seldom freezes and have to perform soft resets. Overall it is a good aid, if you can live with some unexpected behaviors.

The palm is a dying breed. The Palm TX crashes to frequently, and the web browser cache memory is apparently to small to allow the TX to view mediocore web pages without crashing. I needed a device that would allow me to communicate through email or text messaging, and allows the use of wifi to connect to the internet and stream videos. Wifi works great on this device, but it will not stream any video without special software. Even after buying and installing the software the the Palm TX still would not stream video without crashing. All of the problems with unstability can be corrected buy an update from Palm for the Palm os. The Palm TX is not all bad it does offer the user the ability to create and edit word documents; this is why I choose the Palm over it's competitors, but the frequent crashes caused me to return it. I beleive that if I am going to pay 300 dollars I should not have to settle for outdated software that crashes the device. I was looking for a good pda not a smart phone; this could have been an excellent device. I eventually bought an N810 internet tablet; the predecessor to the n810 the n800 is available on Walmart dot com, and they are both excellent devices. I wont buy a Palm again. I forgot to mention the e-mail app crashes the Palm also. The big Yahoo trade mark on the TX picture is very misleading let me know if you can read your yahoo mail; I could not sucessfully retrieve any mail. I did 8 soft resets the first night I used the TX.
