I wish the outer layer is some sort of water proof type so that it did not leak out too easily. It is so thin that it over flow every time right away.

Use these for my small paraplegic dog who is incontinent. Easy to cut a small hole for her tail.

I expected these training pants to not leak at all or leak minimally. However, after my daughter's first exident, she was wet all through. I am disapointed at that, but she still likes them. Hopefully, she will learn that being wet does not feel that good and will be asking to go on the potty.
