The picture shows 2 pairs, the description actually states there are 4 pairs. The title states 1pr; 1pr which I interpreted to mean 2 pairs. Only 1 pair was sent. Returning this and they can eat the shipping costs both ways.

I only recently started using these inserts. They give you lift and support. I keep them inside a plastic bag in my purse. So if my feet get tired or sore I can insert them in my shoes. I do not use them all of the time nor with all shoes. However, you should use them at the same time. In my case only one heel is giving me problems but you do not want to displace your hip bones or any bones by only using one insert at a time. Use them together no matter what.

Bought these for my son who had severe heel pain, which he described as like a nail puncturing his foot every time he put weight on it. After trying many other inserts I decided to get these for him before giving up trying to find one that actually worked. It provided immediate relief and after using every day for over 2 weeks he still doesn't have any pain. I highly recommend these, because they worked for him as advertised!

I have battled plantar fasciitis for years with varying degrees of success. I've used orthotics, night splints, massage, ice, anti-inflamatories.
