CoverGirl Line Exact, Smoke

The worst eyeliner I have ever wasted my money on. The liquid would not even come out no matter how much I shook it. Returned it for a full refund.

This was great for the first time it was used. I loved the charcoal color. Unfortunately, it did not work after the first application. Who knew it was only a use once and throw away make up!

I purchased the smoke (605) color 3 times hoping I just got a bad batch.After reading other reviews it's clear this product doesn't have a long use-life. It dries up after 10-12 uses: average=$1-per application! Has CG offered anyone a refund?

I thought maybe the applicator was defective but after reading everyone's complaints, I see I am not alone. I was only able to use twice before it stopped working.

I have purchased this product for a number of years because it's the best eye liner I have ever used. The contents, however, in my estimation, have been reduced while the price has increased. The product is empty after only a few applications.
