Spring Action Scissors - Designed as an alternative to the loop scissors the spring action scissors are more comfortable and easier to use by children physically challenged to the operation of a scissor. Unlike the loop scissors the spring action scissors look and operate like regular scissors. A simple plastic spring in the handle can be raised or lowered to allow the scissor to operate like a regular scissor or to spring the scissor open after a cutting motion. The double finger bow allows greater cutting leverage for little hands. As with all Snippy Scissors the blades are made of hardened and tempered stainless steel for a long lasting cutting edge and will cut through paper cardboard fabric and many other materials.
