I've had 2 of these heating pads -- each one got fried by a power surge so plug them into a surge protector. The pad works great. I've had the other kind with the sponge, what a pain in the butt. All you have do with this is give it a spritz with a spray bottle. This was supposed to be my 3rd. However, it never arrived.

i am so happy with this pad. ther one I had had a plaid cover and it was horrible to use. the cover slipped all over and the heating pad itself got all out of shape, horrible design!!! This one is so much better!!!!

I bought 2 of these heating pads about a month ago. They are of a really good size, covers a large area. Heats up quickly and the soft cover is all attached directly to the heating pad itself, so there is never a "cover" to keep slipping off or twisting up. Very nice heating pad.

This is the only heating device I will use. By far the very best I have tried. However, I wish you would have more colors and designs. They are rather dull looking. Since we use them to help with pain, there should be cool designs and colors.

So far I like everything about this heating pad! My favorite thing is the softness with no "crinkle" sound. Pliable immediately, comfortable and great size to hit many areas at once.
