this is definitely a great unit for the price. My biggest concern that I'm trying to figure out right now though is that when I'm doing exercises on it that don't require the straps, the chords will get in the way of the rollers, causing the machine to stop. For example, when I'm doing feet work. I don't use my hands and straps or anything when doing foot work. the cords lose their tension and get in the way of the rollers. besides that, i love the unit.
We spent a large sum of money on this for my girlfriends mother, but we were severely dissapointed with the product once it arrived for the following reasons: 1. The package arrived in multiple shipments, but Walmart never informed us and communicated only one package would be sent 2. The instruction manual to set up the machine is pretty terrible. We found at least 4 instances in a 8 step process where the instructions were either flat wrong or incredibly useless In conclusion we want to return this product but it is extremely difficult since we already built it and it would be extremely difficult to undo, buy a box, repackage it, and pay a hefty return pick up fee because that box is super heavy
Nice machine. It was fairly easy to put together, the booklet is pretty clear, sort of like ikea instructions. Some little part was faulty but I received a replacement after contacting the seller. The machine is nice, has quiet operation so far. I have not tried the jumping board, but it looks sturdy. Lots of spring strength options. The only thing I might replace is the handles/foot strap. They are sufficient but could be more padded. I would say it is a good purchase for a home workout room. Not quite as strong or sturdy looking as the Club Pilates machines, but is perfect for home. 4 1/2 stars.
I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived earlier than expected. The seller was very communicative and let me know ahead of time that it would come in two separate boxes, even providing tracking numbers for both, which I really appreciated! Assembly was straightforward. I was able to put it together almost entirely on my own with minimal help from my husband. The included instruction pamphlet and video were both super helpful and easy to follow. I’ve already done a few workouts on it, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality, especially for the price. The wood came in perfect condition with no chips or damage, and the carriage glides smoothly. It feels very sturdy and secure, which gives me peace of mind when stepping on and off during exercises. Definitely a better feel than the flimsier metal reformers I’ve tried in the past. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, well-built Pilates reformer!
I ordered several reformers from them and the first two were great. On my last three they had incorrect parts in the box. They shipped shoulder rests that wouldn’t fit the machines. I tried for 5 weeks to get it resolved by the shipper. They still haven’t resolved it and Walmart has been no help.
