Neutrogena Extra Gentle Fragrance Free Cleanser, 6.7 oz

I'm so disappointed to read that this product has been discontinued. In reading the rave reviews about "Extra Gentle Cleanser", I'm surprised that you would pull such a popular product. Along with other discontented customers, I strongly urge you to reconsider putting this product back on the market. I have healthy looking skin for a 60 year old and attribute much of my youthful look to having used this product for many years. I certainly hope you'll consider my request. I have very sensitive skin and used Glycare for years until it was discontinued. Your product is the best and closest thing I've found and used it for the past few years. I am NOT happy that I can no longer purchase it. What is something comparable? I am desperate!!!

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who wants you to bring this product back. I like it because I can tissue it off instead of using a wet cloth. Your new product does not work as well. Remember, if it is not broken, don't fix it. It looks like your users prefer this over your new product. I know I do. If I can't find it, I will be switching to another brand, not another Neutrogena product.

I have never used a cream cleanser. I always used a foaming face wash, but my skin had been breaking out terribly. My skin is not oily and breaks out if it gets too dry so I decided to try the Extra Gentle Cleanser creamy formula and have not had one break out in 6 months. I absolutely love it and my skin feels so soft. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has dry, sensitive skin.

My skin is so breakout prone. I have tried all of the other name brand cleansers, but they all broke me out. And by broke me out I mean my whole entire face was bright red and burning. I had finally had enough. I had acne everywhere. So, I went to my dermatologist. He recommended that I try Neutrogena products. So I went and bought the Extra Gentle Cleanser. The first time I used it, it took all of the redness away and helped with the acne. It took about a week of use, and all of my acne and redness was gone. Absolutely love, love, love!
