Bright Starts Cradling Bouncer Vintage Garden

I read the reviews prior to purchasing and simply thought the posters were not following the proper steps but I totally agree and gave this lower ratings due to the fact that the directions are not clear and one wrong step and you ruin the product as its not possible to take apart. I put the chair together and was ready to install the music box but was unable to due to installing chair improperly! I am usually great with following instructions too. I was disappointed because the vintage garden is my favorite design of this product. It is offered at other retailers with a different color scheme and this one was unique and classier in my opinion. I have still kept the product as it is functional but I am not able to benefit from the vibration or music.

This bouncer has helped so much. Have a 5 day old newborn that doesn't care for her bassinet. After feeding her and calming her down we layed her in this bouncer and won't have to worry for a few hours. She loves the music and the vibrations it has. It was easy to put together and has helped get though some fussy nights for her.

Okay I read reviews and its seemed like a good purchase with the features I was looking for. VERY easy to set up. However, I have a gripe. The toy bar is not functional! It sits wayy too close to the baby's face for her to even enjoy it & the toys are NOT removable. Secondly, the music/vibrating box is irrationally placed under the fabric which mutes out the music unless you pull it further out. Lastly, the music does NOT continuously play. It stops after a period of time even though its in the on position. Baby will fuss after the music stops. If it was a battery saver I get it but batteries continue to drain even in the on position. The vibrating portion continues to vibrate though. Anyhow, it's cute, but not worth all the money it costs. So never base your search and purchases on its cuteness! lol :) Hope this helps!!

I really like this bouncer, it's great for my two month old daughter. My only real complaint is that the bar with the toys hangs so close to her face when the seat is reclined. So, we always take the bar off. Other than that, we really love the bouncer!

My little Great-Granddaughter, Rhea, just came home from the hospital and loves her bouncer. She, and the bouncer, are both beautiful! (Mommy & Daddy love them both, too!) I am so happy I chose this for a gift and sincerely thank Wal-Mart Online for their time and consideration. You won't go wrong with this choice - soft as a cloud!
