It does not seem to work any better than other products I have used . Will use up product on hand to see if time changes its outcome.

This product is excellent. I purchased this a few times prior. I use it daily. After washing your face with warm water, apply 2 drops underneath each eye and rub in. let it dry for about 2 min. wipe away and white peoduct dried under your eye with a tissue. apply makeup over it. the bags under my eye completely disappeared. I am 60, and this product does wonders! I have many allergies %26 sensitive skin. Absolutely no reactions to this product. Give this a try, no regrets . It lasts about 7 hours .

The item arrived on time. AND. it REALLY WORKS!!!! Just apply a very small amount under the eye and remember to stay still until it dries. The first time maybe awkward and you may see some white residue as I did. I just took a cotton ball which was wet and patted the white area, it disappeared but the serum stayed on. I use it every day without makeup and no one can tell what you have done. It makes you feel better too to know that you look good..... Very satisfied customer. and also it is a very reasonable price. Too bad they do not make a larger size!....Madelyn

I've been using Sudden Change serum for many years and still find it effective. However, over the last few months I've noticed a degradation in the glass container and dropper. The serum seems to dry up around the inside edges more quickly in spite of closing it tightly, and when you try to open the bottle later, it hardens to the point where the dropper is difficult to come out. Moreover, the dropper rod itself has come out of the top of the squeezer cap on several occasions! It appears they now have a problem with their quality control, and I have no idea how to contact the company to complain about this. It's strange, because I never had a single issue with this product for years until the last few months, and it is too expensive to have to try to save the serum by jerry-rigging the dropper. Perhaps it has been taken over by a new, less competent company or they are cutting back on their quality for better profits, but I'm very disappointed in how the functionality has declined. Otherwise, the serum itself works well.

Products works - thats what I care about. Will buy again. TIP: smear a little moisturizer on finger tips plus a couple of drops product. Dab, - don't rub. Look up, let dry. Can be refreshed later during day -- when you wash your hands touch your damp finger to under eye.
