[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All three functions work super well. We made a hot Chocolate on the first try, everything mixes so well and comes out at a great temp. I frothed hot milk for a latte and its super fluffy foam with even bubbles throughout, but I don't see how you'd be able to pour art with it. It wasn't beautiful to pile on top of my drink though. I mixed an iced matcha directly in the cold foam cycle and it came out perfectly. It mixed thoroughly and had a nice cap of foam on top. It cleans up easily. The whisk is a little hard to remove, it's just the metal part that you pry off, not the whole sliding piece. Overall very happy with it
