Simple Solution Oxy Charged Carpet Dog and Cat Stain and Odor Remover - 128oz.

I had a few spots here and there in my carpet for weeks. I tried using soap and a brush to get it out with no luck. The stain would fade but never disappear. I received this product and I had my doubts. I sprayed it on, waited 5 minutes and blotted it out. The stain seemed to disappear so I waited until it was completely dry to reassess. The stain stayed gone. I have since used this on all the spots in my carpet. The toughest stains required a bit longer presoak than 5 minutes but no stain needed a soak time in excess of 10 minutes. Great stuff. The smell is ok to me, not too strong, and yet not potpourri either. Large size bottle. Instructions included. Great spray action. Oxy charged cleaners are terrific for removing stains and odors so I should have known that it would work. Seeing is believing. I am very impressed. Now I just need to pour this into my rug shampooer and shampoo my entire rug with this. I use it to pretreat my cat's stained bedding before I wash them, and it makes all the difference in the world. I actually used this product for use on an “accident” on our couch that a child had and it seemed to work well. I did apply the product 3 times- and it seems to be fine now. I let a friend borrow this for her cat and she said that on most cloth surfaces it worked fine - plush items did not do so well. The smell from the product didn't bother me- however I am used to using several products to clean with and deodorize with.

I got this hoping to get some old cat puke stains out of my rug. It doesn't work for the old stains. I was waiting to see if my cat puked on a rug again to test on a fresh stain, but of course, the little bugger has only puked on the hardwood floors since this arrived. Because I got this through the Spark Review program, I had to do this review now, rather than waiting. I am still hopeful that it will work on fresh spots, but it did not get out a stain that was about a month old.

We have a few animals and sometimes there is a mess, We really needed a great way to make the smell and the stain disappear, And this is it, well anything with oxy is.. And it actually drys fast and with little feet running around we needed some Type of spray that wouldn't be harmful for them as well..

This Simple solution Oxy actually works! We have a little dog that hates to go outside if it is snowing or raining and has had a couple "accidents" on the carpet. I have wood flooring and a 10x12 carpet in the living room and was about to give up and toss the carpet. Nothing I tried got the smell out. I decided to give this a try since shampooing the carpet didn't work and sprayed it in the area and blotted it and left it to dry. Being a old stain I didn't think it would do much but I was surprised when I checked the area the next day and the smell was almost gone. I repeated the process for 3 days and now the smell is gone and my rug has been saved! This also has worked great on cat vomit and is great for cleaning the floor around the kitty box. I really love this stuff!
