Viva Big Roll Paper Towels, 59 Sheets

I have exclusively purchased your brand only, for 20 years. This is disappointing and I will not buy anymore until the original is brought back. I may as well buy Bounty. Why in the world would you change a popular item?

You need to adjust your numbers. It took me a minute to get to the most recent reviews. I had to filter them and then refresh the page. Seems a bit shady. Especially when your 88% satisfaction number didn't change despite the fact that every review since the refresh, within the last 8 months. Clearly shows to satisfaction with your loyal customers. I had only recently converted to Viva. But even I Agree with all most recent reviewers. Not the same & disappointed. Companies these days have me feeling like I'm losing my mind. The deception and lack of transparency is frightening. It's like y'all think you can fool us and nobody's going to say anything. I guess there aren't enough consequences. I guess if enough of us stop buying it maybe the point will get a cross

This WAS the only hand towels I would buy.. if the store I'm at don't have any then I won't buy a different paper towels, I'll go to a different store.. but the last 2 times I bought them, they're no different than any other paper towel.. I don't know if the recipe to make them changed or what.. But I'm not going to pay the outrageous price for these towels no longer.. It used to be worth the money it no longer is..

This once amazing product is now ruined! I use To be a loyal costumer. I will Now be finding a new paper towel brand that will never compare to the old paper towels you all use to make. I'm very disappointed in the change and hate the new product.

I have used Viva Signature Cloth multiple times a day for many years. Just started a new roll from a new package and these paper towels are not the same. They are dramatically worse. Thin, scratchy/rough, and they absorb much less. These are NOT the same Signature Cloth paper towels that I have used for many years.
