Audien Hearing - Audien Atom Pro 2 OTC Hearing Aids - Beige

I really wanted to love these hearing aids. However, they just always had a shrill buzz. I read all the literature, watched everything I could find, and still had the problems. They were tiny and almost invisible in my ears. I returned them because of the malfunction. I liked that they were rechargeable.

I would like to return these hearing aids. They do not fit my ears, and I do not like him like them. I have tried to return them to the number that was given in the box, but was not satisfied with the representative that I talk to. Can I take him to Walmart and return them they say they're guaranteedfor 45 days and will take them back with no problem but I did have problems.

Scam!! Do not buy. There is no 100% money back guarantee. Customer service was ridiculous %26 even the automated system is completely unreliable. They wouldn't give me my money back for hearing aids that didn't work. Walmart, themselves are helping me, not Audien.

These hearing aids were uncomfortable and hurt my ears even though I tried each size of the rubber caps. Plus no matter how I adjusted them the screeching never stopped. I have tried them for almost a month now and have decided to try to return them.

I ordered these in hopes that their claims were true and that they would help me hear in conversations where there is background noise. Unfortunately, they do not do so— at least not in my case. Everything sounds very “tinny” and like I'm sitting in a barrel! I wore them for 3-4 hours at a time until I couldn't stand it any longer. I do wear prescription aids that are 5yrs. old and I have difficulty with them in noisy places. Unfortunately, when I took these Atom Pro 2 out of my ears. I could actually hear better without any aids than with them! Now I'm trying to get their promised refund only to have them say they can't find my purchase number. My advice: Don't buy these hearing aids!
