I don't have a lot of space in my home for weights. These bands are a great alternative for anyone wanting a weight/resistance type workout.

It's a very useful set. I use it for p90x. However, I had to call the company to get the door attachment since it did not come in the set.

If this product came with instructions on how to put the handles on the different bands it would be helpful and then I would be able to use the product. Until the manufacturer provides the instructions they are of no use to me.
