Even though they advise against it, I was able to spray with hvlp by adding about 5% water to thin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This minwax water based oil-modified polyurethane was exatly what i needed to seal my dining room table! It went on smoothly and i went slow so there would be no air bubbles! It dried quickly and the smell didnt overpower us! My table looks great and i dont have to worry about stuff getting stuck in the little cracks anymore!
