Peg Perego Polaris Outlaw - Red

The Polaris Outlaw ATV as easy to assemble. Unfortunately the stickers were missing, but they did send them afterwards. Good thing it was ordered early. Appearance is very good. My grandson is 3, and 43# and it causes this ATV to labor on even small grades on 2.5 mph speed. It certainly could use more power. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Good news first.... My kid loves his Outlaw. He got it for his 3rd birthday. It's the first thing he talks about some mornings when he wakes up. It runs great and looks great. He drives it on long grass, through thick weeds, in his giant sand box, on the gravel drive and paved drive. The traction so far is good. I might add strips of mountain bike tread or something if I need to. It doesn't really climb hills well, though. Holding the shifter in reverse was tricky for him at first, but no real problem. The battery is pretty weak, however. A few hours of on and off driving and it's done. Then you need to charge it overnight, 18-20+ hours. They can't do better than that?! .....My first order was lost in delivery somehow, so my kid did not get this in time for his birthday, but Walmart made up for it with a sizeable refund (I asked for and was given much more than they first offered). I hope they are as decent in all such cases with other customers.

We have 2 of these. One for my daughter who is 5, she has the pink one and my son who is 3 has the red one. Love that it has first and second gears and reverse. My kids love them

Bought this for our son, since he outgrew the 6-volt ones that power wheels sells. He loves this one and goes pretty fast in the 2nd speed! I have only had it a couple of days, but i expect it to last a couple of years!

I don't write reviews, but I felt I had to write this one. After I reviewed every ride on toy for my soon to be 6yr old son that was out there. I purchased this. I made the right choice. It's been over a year and no problems. It runs great on hills, gravel, concrete and grass! He loves it. The battery lasts as long as he does. Lol I'm still surprised after countless hours on it and after at least a year it still performs like the day I got it. I'm very happy with his "4 wheeler".
