Love these B12 gummies, they taste great and have given me energy without giving me a headache. No jitters! I combine the chocolate and coffee flavors to get a mocha coffee taste, very yummy. I also tried the melatonin gummy when I couldn't sleep, helped me fall alseep and I did not wake up groggy. I got a free sample to try them and liked them very much!

The first thing I have to say about these gummy vitamins are that they taste DELICIOUS! I like gummy vitamins and have tried many flavors and brands. This is the first I've tried that has a coffee flavor and I much prefer it to the fruit flavors of any other brand. It tastes like a chocolate mocha. It is sweet enough that even if you don't like the flavor of coffee you might like this flavor. I wish there was candy that tasted like this! I think this did give me a little boost of energy. I try not to take it more than a few hours before bed, because I know B12 can keep you up at night. The one thing I would change if I could is that the form of B12 it has is cyanocobalamin and not methylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is a lot easier for our bodies to process, even though our bodies can convert the kind that is in this vitamin. I hope they have an option of this same gummy with methylcobalamin in the future. I received this FREE product for my honest review.

I've been using Sundown Naturals B-12 Gummies Dietary Supplement for a few weeks now and I so happy with this product! It has a unique flavor of chocolate & coffee, in fact, the flavor is so delicious that I look forward to taking my daily amount each morning whne I wake up. The B-12 gives a nice dose of energy without the shaky feeling I sometimes get from caffine. The gummies have a great texture and make it fun to eat...the only drawback, which isn't really a drawback, is that I need to remind myself to only take the recommended amount lol So delicious, you'll want more!
