I just feel good and stay regular, with the 3 in 1 formula I feel like its a one and done. I really want to get into having a formula with the benefits of a prebiotic too!

It seems to be a good product, but I do not like it as much as the Health & Wellness which is dairy and sugar free, and primarily focused on the digestive system which is a key problem for me.
