Henkel Dial NutriSkin Glycerin Soap, 8 ea

My wife brought this home a couple years ago and to me it was just another bar of soap. Then I noticed the mosquitos didn't seem to be as vicious as they have been. Then I noticed others around me were swatting like crazy and I wasn't. It's been about 2 years since I was bitten by one of these pesky little buggers. I've referred this to friends and some have reported a lessening of bites too. BRING IT BACK TO THE SHELVES!!

I adore the scent of lemongrass, so there was no way I could leave the store without this.. and the price was too good to pass up. Plus, knowing that I could use a bar of soap without needing to buy and insert batteries was beyond convenient. ; ) Grape seed oil is one of the better carrier oils for scent and works well for most skin types. With summer bearing down on us, this is an oil that will nourish skin without leaving it feeling greasy. Lemon grass is refreshing and (I think) invigorating scent. Although this is unlikely to be made from the natural and organic Essential Oil of Lemon Grass (let's be rational, here -- the product would be a great deal more expensive and would not be selling in packs of 8), it's actually a nice rendition that most people will find pleasing (the pure scent of Lemon Grass can be off-putting to some people -- this is a brighter and less medicinal fragrance). I'm still trying to to understand the "ease of use" question...it is a bar of soap, not a particle accelerator. As a bar of soap goes I found it quite easy to use and did not feel the product should have come with a manual or instruction sheet. I had no difficulty opening the package. The bar of soap lathered and rinsed nicely, which is saying something in the alkaline water we live with here in the high desert in the Cerbats. It did not burst into flames and did an admirable job of clearing the usual layer of dust off of my body which results from a day of living in a place where dust devils travel through and high winds hitting from a vertical angle are not at all unusual. I've given a 5 star rating for Quality because this is Dial Soap -- a product I used to avoid like the plague. Now that Dial is available in some interesting fragrances combined with very nice oils, I actually find myself buying, using and liking how the product smells and treats my skin. If you read labels (I know I do) and are put off by chemicals in soaps, you can probably afford to shop in health food stores or purchase much more expensive high-end soaps. For the rest of us who are living in the real world, I'm saying this is a product that offers excellent quality for the money and lets me feel like I'm splurging a bit on myself when I'm actually having to budget every dollar.

Its a very good deal..will purchase again.
