Miss Jones Baking Co. Gluten-Free Cinnamon Sugar Donut Muffin Kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am gluten free and these muffins are one of the best I have tried. They are easy to make other than dipping them in the cinnamon, which I thought was a bit difficult. But overall I would re purchase these muffins.

I usually keep my expectations low for prepackaged gluten free mixes but these are unbelievable. The instructions were straightforward and it was so easy to prepare, I let my 8 year old do most of the prep. Once they came out and were ready I couldn't wait to bite in, and they did not disappoint. The flavor is perfect and the cake is moist and delectable. I cannot wait to buy more of these mixes and stock my pantry.

Now I will tell you I was a little bit apprehensive at first because of all the butter that it took. But It is the best Muffin I have ever tasted. Very moist, flavorful and sweet. I would definitely buy this!!
