Even with proper body mechanics and help from other staff, I come home at the end of my shift, exhausted and sore as heck; making sleep almost impossible. It put me to sleep quickly and I sleep through the night without any grogginess or hangover feeling in the morning. I love it it has the Aleve name and can help reduce my arthritis pain.
