Cook half bag for 11-12 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. Oven Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen potatoes evenly across an 11""x17"" lined baking sheet. Bake according to the chart below, turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Bag: 28-33 minutes. Half Bag: 18-21 minutes.
