This is my every day vitamin. I love one a day it has been in my family for years is very effective. I love the taste, cause I buy the Gummies. It's a value for the money. The packaging is nice. You will never go wrong with one of the vitamins.

I used to take these as a teenager and I would say I turned out pretty healthy. Clearly they are effective and they tasted amazing. They have healthy ingredients and the packaging is good for older kids cost-effective.

The flavor is actually really good. I enjoyed the gummy texture when I was younger. The gummies don't go stale either and they are totally worth the purchase! I appreciate how I looked forward to taking them every day.

She hates the taste of most of the gummy ones and she's not a fan of the ones you swallow as they're normally really large. When we received the teen one a days to try she gave me that look of "not another one" but she said she'd try them. I have to say this is the first gummy vitamin that she absolutely loves. She loves the way they taste! I don't even have to remind her to take them because she likes them so much she does it on her own. I definitely will buy them again for her.
