When cooked with sugar, the quince takes on a character all of its own, to create this delightful conserve. All fruit is hand sorted, the implement used to de-core the quinces is called a 'Plonker'. Quince is grown on the Tiptree farm and handpicked to ensure the highest quality possible in each jar.
