L'Oreal Paris Infallible Never Fail Lipcolour, 100 Azalea, .084 oz

This lipcolour was by far the best lipcolour that I have ever used. Now that you have discontinued it I am forced to go to a different brand (Revlon) of lipcolours. I do not like the new infallible lipcolour, it is not the same and it is not as compact as the other one plus there is no mirror. It was a comfortable color, and it worked great!!! I could kiss my grandson and there would never be a trace of lipcolour on him. I always carried my L'Oreal Infallible with me in my pocket if I wasn't carrying a purse. It was convenient to have the lipcolour and a mirror together. I had several different colours that I would wear, Grenadine, Merlot, Mahogany and garnet. I MISS MY INFALLIBLE NEVER FAIL LIPCOLOUR COMPACT!!!!!

I echo the same frustration I see posted from other customers. I have been using 210 Rosebud infalliable lipcolour for years, it is a perfect color for my complexion, etc. You have now replaced this # and name with an orangy pink color which I hate. None of your other current colors are the same as the original 210 Rosebud. I'm not sure why I'm posting this review, because it does not appear that you are doing anything about replying to these numerous complaints. You are about to lose a loyal customer!!

I have worn Grenadine #730 for years. Now it is a totally different color. I am SO DISAPPOINTED. As a fair, auburn-hair girl, it's hard to find just the right color. I absolutely LOVE this product and now I can't find the old Grenadine. L'Oreal, why on earth would you change something that's obviously worked for you for years? The product gets 5 stars, L'Oreal gets 1!

Attention L'Oreal. Customer are frustrated including me. I loved this product and would love it again if I could find a color that I like. Why would a company CHANGE a lipstick color? You see the sales figures, you know how many units of this lipstick you sell. Why change? I want the old 520 back as do thousands of other ladies. Just tell me what color I need to chose now that you have changed the formula for #520 Amethyst????????? I have spent way to much money trying to find one that's similar. I have bought every store in Greenville SC out of the old 520. Now what do I do? Very frustrating. Someone in customer service should tell the chemists that your customers are mad and want a solutions to this issue.

I have been to the store several different times to purchase my usual Rosebud 210 and everytime I find it the color has been changed. It used to be a pretty berry color with just a slight sparkle to it and now its a light pink. Whats up??? I need my regular color..
