missing pieces. once together it wasn't bad though except for the braking system which needs to be revamped.

The bike was delivered in good time and was in excellent condition. There was some assembly required which was easy but I had to purchase a set of Allen wrenches. The front wheel wouldn't turn very well so I had to take it off and slacken the inner nuts. A tool kit that included a puncture repair kit would have been nice. Overall a good bike, comfortable saddle and easy to ride.

He liked it! My honey is big and tall man. My criteria were the brakes on the handlebars,bogs,trunk and 29' wheel. The bike came in good packaging without any damage. It was not difficult to assembly.He liked comfortable wire seat on springs. A yer ago I bought the same brand bike for yourself and is very pleased with it. Now we ride along The gear helps a lot to get on the hill. I recommended both bikes for loving couples.

This is my second attempt to acquire an undamaged bike. Picked up the first one, brought it home and put it together only to discover a defective tire and wheel. Back tire would not stay on the wheel. Tires a specified to pressurized to 40 lbs. Using a proper bicycle tire pump the tire began to bulge at 20 psi and by 30 psi would pop off the wheel. Hard to determine if it was a problem with the tire or wheel. Return the first one and ordered a second. The next one arrived with a bent front fork, bent front wheel and bent front brake calipers. Called customer service at Schwinn and was told they have problems all the time with shipping damage and would be glad to send me parts. I am going to return this one and try one my time hoping that the third time is the charm.

multiple scratches underneath wrapping (cross bar, post, both fenders, chain guard). Areas not wrapped received chips to both fenders. The rear fender has a major dent and scratch probably damaged during shipping. Shipping box was heavily damaged. Front brakes mounted to handle bar with front forks backwards, so when the forks are turned forward to mount front rim there is NO slack in brake cable. Have to dissmount front brake control from handle bar to lossen cable. Changed front tube twice. Blew up with 30lbs. of air. Ruff surface inside rim where the seam was welded. Had to sand the welds down to smooth out surface. Then ran electric tape over both spots in addition to re-tapping the spokes welds. Insert 3rd tube with success.
